I have absolutely no tech savvy. Can you do everything and make this easy for me?
That’s what we specialize in! We love developing a site for you that is just what you want- and carefree! We offer monthly maintenance packages so you don’t ever have to think about software updates, worry about backups, or monitor suspicious activity. Not a writer? That’s okay- provide us with your ideas in bullet points or an outline, and our wordsmiths can create the content for you!
What are your Payment Terms?
All projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit to get started. The balance is due after Final Design Review and Sign- Off from you, prior to site going live. We accept credit cards, money orders, and checks. There is a $25 processing fee for any returned checks. If the client abandons the project after 6 months, the project is closed, removed from our Dev servers, and the client will need to pay the 50% deposit to get started again. Monthly payment plans are not available for web design services.
Do you provide me with a Domain name, Hosting, SSL Certificate and Email?
No, I recommend some excellent options for those items, and will set them up for you so you don’t have to call Customer Support. I find this gives my clients the greatest independence, and they are not tied to me for their hosting or domain registration, and they can determine how and when to renew their accounts.
Can you design a logo for my website and business cards for my business?
Yes! Our team of graphic designers can create a brand identity for your business. We can quote prices for printed materials separately, or you can take the design files to your own local printer. Graphic design projects start at $300 and are quoted individually since each project has unique specifications.
What if I already have a website, but it needs help or I need to move hosting?
Not a problem! We can move your site to the new hosting company that you choose, and I can help finish or revise the design of the site in the process.
Do you work with Shopify, Squarespace, or Weebly sites?
Yes! We are also Shopify Managers and are quite familiar with that e-Commerce platform. Website Builders such as Shopify, Squarespace, and Weebly charge monthly fees for hosting, but you’re on your own to set it up, upload images and make changes. Depending on your level of expertise, this may be frustrating. Our designers at JBcreative can set up your site, refresh an existing site, or change the site’s theme for you.
I need an e-Commerce site. Can I hire you to set that up?
Yes, we have loads of experience with Shopify and recommend that as the best e-Commerce option at this time for larger online stores. However, if you have a small number of products or simply want to sell downloadable products such as e-books, WordPress Woo Commerce is another great option that we can set up for you. E-Commerce sites require a custom quote due to the nature of their complexity and the uniqueness of each business.
How do the Website Layouts work- do I just pick one and you create my site?
Yes, it’s pretty simple- choose from one of the pre-made templates and send us your content. We’ll import the content and set up the site on a temporary hosting site that we own. If you have images you want us to use, send those too. If not, we have access to some great high-quality stock photos. These layouts are mobile responsive one-page layouts that make for a quick turn around. We optimize your site for search engines and include all image optimization with the price. Once final payment is received, we’ll migrate the site to your hosting plan and you’ll own everything and be in total control of your gorgeous new website!
